MERAK in Madrid is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage end-to-end purchase-to-pay processes for the local jurisdiction. You will process invoices, code them correctly in SAP, manage approvals, and run weekly or bi-weekly payments.

As part of the Finance Shared Services Hub, you will maintain vendor master data, answer vendor queries, support month-end close, and ensure compliance with Spanish VAT rules and local tax requirements.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in accounts payable or procure-to-pay in a structured finance environment.
• Experience with high-volume invoices and multi-level approvals.
• Familiarity with SAP FI (A/P) and Spanish VAT rules (IVA).

Responsabilités

• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding to GL accounts and cost centers.
• Manage invoice approval workflows and vendor queries; execute weekly/bi-weekly payments.
• Maintain vendor master data in SAP and support month-end close and audits.
