Broadridge in Madrid is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join the Customer Success team. You will work with clients to implement and optimize trading solutions, collaborating with engineers and product managers to resolve issues and gather requirements.

The role requires about 5 years in a client-facing financial services environment, a technical degree, and fluency in English and Spanish. Occasional travel across Europe is expected as you support diverse trading platforms.

Formación

• Around 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within financial services.
• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication or Engineering; Economic/Financial degree accepted.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; comfortable in customer-facing environments.
• Familiarity with Java and/or C++ programming languages.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with clients to help implement and use functionality
• Set up a solution to quote on a market, set up volatility surfaces, delivering an algo trading solution
• Troubleshoot systems with users and liaise with Engineering on code changes
• Partner with client IT staff to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Support the sales team with new deliveries and new clients
• Collaborate with exchanges on new functionality and market upgrades
• Visit client sites to understand usage challenges and identify expansion opportunities; travel may be required
• Act as the interface between end-users at the customer site and our Engineering team, prioritizing issue reports and feature requests
• Collaborate with Broadridge departments to prepare Business Review presentations for clients
