Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli España y Portugal is seeking a Customer Marketing Specialist to translate brand strategy into impactful Trade Marketing plans, boosting brand visibility and shopper engagement across Modern Trade and On-Trade channels.

The role focuses on POS materials, activation plans, and supporting the sales force with campaigns and launches, while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and execution at the POS.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG company is a must.
• At least 3 years experience in Trade Marketing/Sales departments.
• Knowledge of marketing, trade, and sales principles.
• Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel is a must).
• Desirable experience with SAP.
• English level at least level B2+.
• Able to travel in different moments of the year.

Responsibilities

• Create suitable POS materials and activation plans for major customers.
• Execute trade marketing campaigns and new launches at POS.
• Analyze display margins and optimize POS costs.
• Analyze category and competitor activity and track promotions.
• Coordinate in-store tastings with customers and agencies.
