Studec Iberia is seeking a TPC Support Consultant to help coordinate and deliver training activities, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations in an international setting within aerospace and industrial sectors.

You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders, handling planning, reporting, and meeting coordination. Strong English, Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in training activities or training program coordination is desirable.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and administer training programs.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor training activities.
• Contribute to successful delivery of training courses and services.
• Coordinate customer requests and training needs.
• Maintain communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide timely follow-up and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support reporting activities related to training programs and customer services.
• Prepare and update reports, presentations, and status updates.
• Monitor ongoing activities and contribute to performance tracking.
• Participate in and support meetings with customers and stakeholders.
• Assist with action tracking and follow-up activities.
• Resolve day-to-day training course issues.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with customers, internal teams, and key stakeholders in an international environment within the aerospace and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and administration of training programs.
• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of training activities.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of training courses and related services.
• Support the coordination of customer requests and training needs.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Help ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely follow-up and support.
• Support reporting activities related to training programs and customer services.
• Prepare and update reports, presentations, and status updates.
• Monitor ongoing activities and contribute to performance tracking.
• Participate in and support both internal and external meetings.
• Assist with action tracking and follow-up activities.
• Support the resolution of day-to-day issues related to training courses and customer requirements.

What We're Looking For

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

Previous experience in training activities or training program coordination is desirable.

Experience in customer-facing environments will be considered an asset.

Technical Skills

Very high level of English, both written and spoken (negotiation level required).

Strong reporting and presentation skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with Google Workspace is desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and actively participate in meetings with customers and stakeholders.
