Nordex SE is seeking a Subsystem Lead Tower to oversee tower system development and integration in wind projects. You will collaborate with the System Lead Tower and AMR Tower Sub-System Lead to drive architecture, documentation and standards across steel, concrete and hybrid towers.

The role requires 5+ years in tower design, strong English skills (C1-C2) and willingness to travel. You will contribute to System validation plans and participate in major tower meetings to ensure robust solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering.
• 5+ years in steel, concrete or hybrid wind turbine towers, including anchors, foundations and dampers.
• Experience with relevant standards in tower design.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Support System Lead Tower and collaborate with AMR Tower Sub-System Lead.
• Prepare system status, challenges, and issues for reviews.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of tower components.
• Define and refine system architecture with design team.
• Ensure standards across steel and hybrid towers.
• Create or release System documents (e.g., validation plans).
• Represent the Tower in major tower meetings for steel and hybrid towers.
• Manage System in Teamcenter.
