Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking a System Integration Engineer in Madrid to join the Tower Integration & Documentation team. You will drive mechanical design for the Tower and manage design space models, ensuring geometrical integration across components and with external suppliers.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level mechanical engineering degree or equivalent.
Strong CAD/PLM tool experience (Creo/Windchill or NX/Teamcenter).
Experience managing large assemblies and modular design.
Minimum five years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

Lead mechanical design for the Tower as a key driver.
Define design space models and geometrical integration in tower layout.
Collaborate with Nav/Engineering and suppliers to analyze designs.
Support cross-department integration of components in tower layout.
Create layout designs aligned with Product Management, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Service and HSE requirements.
Identify synergies across projects to reuse parts and reduce cost and complexity.
Define design scope based on Engineering Change Requests.
