Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking an engineer in Navarra to design wind turbine towers and foundations, combining civil/structural expertise with ANSYS/Abaqus analysis. The role collaborates with certifiers and suppliers to develop robust, certifiable solutions for concrete and hybrid towers.

The candidate will support manufacturing, drive modularization, and contribute to intellectual property through innovation and patent activity, working in a diverse, international environment with English fluency.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required with focus on civil/structural/mechanical disciplines.
• Experience in linear and non-linear analysis and product development desired.
• Fluency in English; strong coordination and communication in international settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze wind turbine towers and foundations (steel/concrete).
• Collaborate with certifiying bodies and suppliers for compliant solutions.
• Support manufacturing and assembly of concrete and hybrid towers.
• Drive modularization and industrialization of tower solutions.
• Provide tools support for tower design software; lead root cause analysis.
