Job summary

Nordex Group in Pamplona, Spain, seeks an experienced engineer to design, develop and certify wind towers and foundations, applying expertise in concrete and steel structures and structural connections to hybrid tower concepts. You will collaborate with certification bodies, suppliers and international teams to deliver robust solutions and certifiable reports.

Qualifications

Engineering in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Industrial fields.
Fluent English and ability to work in international teams.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

Develop wind turbine towers and foundations, performing the design and structural analysis of steel and concrete structures.
Collaborate with certification bodies and suppliers to develop robust engineering solutions and prepare certifiable reports.
Provide technical support for manufacturing and assembly of concrete and hybrid towers.
Drive product modularization, customization and industrialization of developed solutions.
Support the applications and software tools used for tower and foundation design.
Lead root cause analysis and contribute to patent generation to strengthen IP portfolio.
