Job summary

Nordex SE in Madrid is seeking a Tower Documentation Engineer to create manuals and instructions for Steel Tower assemblies and to define assembly processes aligned with our product design. You will contribute to new tower and component development projects and participate in cross-functional initiatives with SE Teams and SQA.

You will address incidents from SQA and suppliers related to assembly processes and serve as the Engineering representative on the ST Assessment committee.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and using work instructions.
• Experience in mechanical/electrical assemblies.
• Experience in quality control.
• Experience in 3D model layout visualizator use.
• Teamwork and close relationship with other departments.
• Ability to multitask.
• Advanced English level (C1 or above). Spanish and/or German will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create Steel Tower documentation: manuals and instructions.
• Define Steel Tower internals assembly processes based on the existing assembly processes and the product design.
• Take part of the new tower and new component development projects (Projects, SE Teams…).
• Solve incidents coming from SQA, tower suppliers or other Nordex departments in topics related with assembly processes.
• Take part of the ST Assessment committee as Engineering representative.
