Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Sr HR Functional Analyst - Total Rewards to help translate business needs into HR system solutions. You will engage with HR stakeholders, analyze compensation and rewards processes, and ensure data integrity and compliance across platforms.

You will test changes, support system upgrades, and generate analytics to inform HR decisions, collaborating with HR, IT, and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR systems analysis, HRIS administration, or related HR operations.
• Proficiency with major HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical terms for users.
• Collaborative, customer-service oriented and able to work with HR, IT, and external vendors.
• Adaptable to fast-paced changes and new technologies; understands HR data privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Analyze, design, and optimize HR processes including compensation, performance management, learning, and benefits.
• Test new requirements before going live.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other business applications.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or system changes.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including functional specs and process flows.
• Provide end-user support and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations and policies.
• Monitor system performance and generate reports/analytics for HR decisions.
