Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Sr HR Functional Analyst - Total Rewards to help translate business needs into HR system solutions. You will engage with HR stakeholders, analyze compensation and rewards processes, and ensure data integrity and compliance across platforms.

You will test changes, support system upgrades, and generate analytics to inform HR decisions, collaborating with HR, IT, and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR systems analysis, HRIS administration, or related HR operations.
• Proficiency with major HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical terms for users.
• Collaborative, customer-service oriented and able to work with HR, IT, and external vendors.
• Adaptable to fast-paced changes and new technologies; understands HR data privacy regulations.

In This Role You Will

• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and working with technical teams for resolution.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Monitor system performance and generate reports/analytics to support HR decision-making.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, HRIP) is an asset.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR systems analysis, HRIS administration, business analysis, or a related area within HR operations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with major HRIS platforms (such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, ServiceNow);.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams;
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; adept at translating technical jargon into user-friendly language.
• Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with HR professionals, IT staff, and external vendors; customer service orientation.
• Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment; proactive in learning new technologies and adapting to new processes.
• Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices related to HR technology.
