Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement innovative delivery strategies across RFPs and bids. You will bridge Sales, Medical, and Operations to ensure successful execution and support sales throughout the Business Development process.

You will lead a team to craft project strategies, balancing external research with IQVIA’s data. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to drive outcomes in a global CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with director-level CRO experience in IMM/Cardiology/Oncology.
• Hands-on operational delivery or drug development experience.
• Strong English and Mandarin language skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations to craft tailored strategies.
• Develop long-term implementation strategies in landscape to maximize value.
• Stay updated on market trends affecting delivery strategies.
• Champion project-centricity and enable project delivery teams.
• Lead data synthesis to inform project strategy using internal and external data.
• Mentor Project Leader for client presentations and internal stakeholders.
• Support Sales in meetings and bid defense activities.
• Attend and lead bid defense or client meetings as required.
• Identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Oversee project budgets and Gross New Business targets.
