Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement delivery strategies during RFP/bid defense cycles, bridging sales, medical, and operations to drive successful proposals.

You will guide project teams, leverage internal and external data, mentor project leaders, and support bids and customer meetings to secure new business while maintaining program quality and budget goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences and relevant global clinical research experience, including hands on operational delivery and/or drug development experience in the applicable therapeutic area (IMM / Cardiology or Oncology).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations to craft tailor-made strategies for proposals.
• Develop long-term implementation strategies and maximize value.
• Monitor market trends affecting delivery strategies and projects.
• Champion project centricity and enable delivery teams for awarded projects.
• Lead data-driven project strategy using external and internal sources.
• Mentor Project Leader to present strategy to client and stakeholders.
• Support Sales in customer and bid defense meetings and trainings.
• Attend and lead bid defenses or customer meetings as required.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure budgets meet financial goals including Gross New Business.
