Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or OTC sales, preferably in pharmacy channel.
• Valid driver’s license and availability to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to pharmacies, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy staff.
• Implement POS strategies and promotional activities to boost product visibility.
• Provide product training and support to pharmacy teams.
• Monitor sell-out data, stock levels, and competitor activity.
• Ensure proper placement and visibility of products and promotional materials.
• Report field activity, insights, and opportunities using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to align local execution with national campaigns.
