Job summary

Global Blue by Shift4 is seeking a proactive Sales Representative (Payments) to drive new business and support existing clients by promoting merchant servicing products, hardware, software, and services. You will act as the frontline sales representative within your territory, driving revenue through prospecting, engagement, and closing opportunities.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships, analyse statements, maintain CRM records, and stay informed about market trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door, outside, or field sales within payments or technology solutions.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM records.
• Ability to qualify opportunities and identify cross-sell potential.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Fluent Spanish; English is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities through phone outreach, networking, referrals, and territory-based sales activities.
• Setting appointments with merchants, presenting Shift4’s Payment Terminal and services, and closing new business opportunities.
• Managing the full sales cycle, signing new logos, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Supporting existing clients with additional hardware, software, and professional service solutions while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Building strong merchant relationships by understanding business needs, resolving issues, and clearly communicating the value of Shift4 solutions.
• Analysing merchant acquiring statements and positioning Shift4’s end-to-end service offering accordingly.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Continuously developing product knowledge and staying informed about industry trends and market developments.
