Job summary

Planet Pharma in Madrid seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Madrid and the surrounding region, focusing on hip and knee reconstruction implants.

You will develop strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams and hospital stakeholders, support product evaluations and demonstrations, manage distributor relationships, monitor tender opportunities, and travel across the territory as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' recent experience selling hip and knee implants.
• Strong track record in orthopaedic medical device sales.
• Experience working closely with surgeons and hospitals.
• Commercially driven with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel across the territory as required.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and market share within the assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, procurement and hospital stakeholders.
• Support product evaluations, demonstrations and clinical activity.
• Manage distributor relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market activity, competitors and tender opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.
