Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Representative for Trauma in Madrid, responsible for growing the medical devices portfolio across hospitals, clinics, and distributors. You will build strong relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and drive sales targets in the assigned region.

The role requires 2–3 years in medical devices sales, willingness to travel, and a background in health sciences or related fields.

Qualifications

• Formation universitaria en Ciencias de la Salud, Biomedicina, Farmacia, Ingeniería Biomédica, ADE o similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the portfolio of clients (hospitals, private clinics, distributors).
• Identify business opportunities in the healthcare sector and develop action plans.
• Present, promote and sell the company’s medical device products.
• Perform technical demonstrations and product training for healthcare professionals.
• Achieve defined sales targets and manage public and private tenders.
