Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Representative Joint & Mitek in Madrid to drive medical device sales across new and existing accounts. The role focuses on orthopedics and surgical devices, with commission-based incentives and travel within the territory.

The candidate will design territory strategies, manage accounts, negotiate deals, and provide clinical and product training to customers while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliant commercial practices.

Qualifications

• University degree inHealth Sciences or related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (B2) required.
• Experience in medical devices sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute territory sales strategy to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing surgical accounts.
• Negotiate and close deals aligned with key accounts and company policies.
• Prospect new customers and expand market presence in orthopedics and trauma.
• Provide in-the-operating-room support and guidance on product usage.
