Job summary

Enovis Spain seeks a Field Product Manager for Upper Extremities to support strategic expansion and clinical adoption of the knee and elbow reconstruction portfolio in Spain.

The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Professional Affairs, and global product teams, with frequent travel across Spain. Training will cover the Spanish orthopedic market, tender dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and product portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience in the orthopedic sector, especially shoulder and/or elbow prosthetics is a strong plus.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong digital and IT skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• University degree in a technical-scientific field or economics/marketing.

Responsibilities

• Define local strategies for the Upper Extremities segments and allocate resources.
• Execute the global product strategy at country level and adapt to Spain's landscape.
• Gradually own Upper Extremities product line management, lifecycle actions and positioning.
• Conduct market, competition, ASP, and ROI analyses to guide decisions.
• Plan and run Medical Education programs for Upper Extremities surgeons.
• Train agents and the sales organization on Shoulder and Elbow products.
• Provide in-theater support during surgeries and reinforce surgeon confidence.
• Identify and nurture KOLs in Upper Extremities arthroplasty.
• Partner with Sales to accelerate segment growth and field execution.
• Organize national and regional events related to Upper Extremities education.
