Job summary

Planet Pharma in Madrid is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Madrid and surrounding regions for hip and knee reconstruction implants. You will build strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, hospitals and procurement to expand adoption.

The role focuses on growing sales, managing distributor relationships, supporting product evaluations and monitoring market activity, competition and tenders while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ recent experience selling hip and knee implants.
• Strong track record in orthopaedic medical device sales.
• Experience working closely with surgeons and hospitals.
• Commercially driven with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel across the territory as required.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and market share within the assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, procurement and hospital stakeholders.
• Support product evaluations, demonstrations and clinical activity.
• Manage distributor relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market activity, competitors and tender opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.
