Medline seeks a Tender Agent to support end-to-end tender management, preparing, coordinating, and delivering high-quality submissions within deadlines. You will collaborate with logistics, sales, and marketing to ensure compliant, timely responses for public and private tenders.

Requirements include 1–2 years in tender or contract management, a background in administration or legal topics, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Bilingual Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in contract and/or tender management.
• Background or strong interest in administration or legal topics.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Able to work well in a team and independently.

Responsabilidades

• Support the end-to-end tender management process from preparation to delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and marketing.
• Ensure compliance with public procurement requirements for tenders.
• Review and finalize proposals and tender documents.
• Meet tender deadlines and maintain accurate documentation.
