• Experience providing administrative support for tenders for both public and private customers.
• Strong ability to ensure compliance with public procurement requirements.
• Ability to coordinate the tender process with internal teams (logistics, sales, marketing).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, coordinate and deliver tender submissions within required timelines.
• Support review and final sign-off of proposals and tender documents.
• Readiness to handle sample order placements for tender submissions.
• Track contracts and respond to stakeholder inquiries using CRM.
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.
