MiniMed is seeking a Tender Analyst to coordinate end-to-end public tender submissions, ensuring compliance across commercial, technical, legal, and pricing requirements. You will lead collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Legal, and external tender authorities to maximize win rates and minimize administrative burden.

• 3+ years of experience in tender management, contracting, bid management, procurement, or healthcare market access.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience coordinating across multiple business functions.
• Ability to interpret tender specifications and contractual documentation.
• High attention to detail and compliance mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end public tender submissions and ensure compliance with all requirements.
• Act as the central point of coordination between Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Legal, and external tender authorities.
• Manage multiple tenders concurrently with strict deadlines and accurate pricing.
• Maintain pricing consistency while adapting to local tender requirements.
• Handle post-award contract administration and reporting obligations.
