Medline in Madrid is seeking a Tender Agent to support end-to-end tender management, preparing, coordinating and delivering high-quality submissions within deadlines. You will collaborate with logistics, sales and marketing, ensure compliance with public procurement rules, and manage contract tracking, data collection and sample order placements for tenders.

The role requires 1–2 years in tender management, strong administration and Spanish language skills; Portuguese is a plus.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in contract and/or tender management.
• Strong administration or legal topic interest.
• Fluent Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken communications.
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive, able to improve processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end tender management process.
• Prepare, coordinate and deliver tender submissions.
• Ensure compliance with public procurement requirements.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales and marketing.
• Review and sign-off proposals and tender documents.
• Track contracts, report trends, and respond to stakeholders.
• Handle sample orders for tender submissions.
