Medline Europe in Madrid is seeking a Tender Agent to support end-to-end tender management, coordinating bid submissions and ensuring compliance with timelines. You will collaborate with logistics, sales and marketing to deliver high-quality tender solutions.

The role requires 1 year of experience in tender management and strong administrative skills. Proficiency in Spanish is required; English is a plus. This is a temporary contract located in Madrid.

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience in contract and/or tender management.
• Background or strong interest in administration or legal topics.
• Solid oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
