Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Tender Analyst in Madrid to coordinate end-to-end public tender submissions, ensuring compliance across commercial, technical, legal, and pricing requirements.

You will act as the central liaison between Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Legal, and tender authorities, driving on-time delivery while navigating evolving procurement regulations in Spain. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in tender management, contracting, bid management, procurement, or healthcare market access.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience coordinating across multiple business functions.
• Ability to interpret tender specifications and contractual documentation.
• Attention to detail with a compliance mindset.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end public tender submissions between Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Legal, and authorities.
• Ensure submissions are complete, compliant, and delivered on time.
• Manage multiple tenders concurrently with strict deadlines.
• Maintain pricing consistency while adapting to local tender requirements.
• Assist with post-award contract administration and reporting obligations.
