Job summary

Medline Iberia is seeking a Tender Agent to support end-to-end tender management in Madrid on a temporary basis. You will prepare, coordinate, and deliver high-quality tender submissions within required timelines, ensuring compliance with public procurement requirements and collaboration with logistics, sales, and marketing teams.

The role requires experience in tender administration, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Spanish (English a plus).

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support for tenders for public and private customers.
• Ability to ensure compliance with public procurement requirements.
• Strong coordination with logistics, sales, and marketing teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and tracking contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end tender management processes from preparation to delivery.
