Penta Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead telecom deployment programs in Spain. You will own domain delivery plans, coordinate network rollouts, and drive cross-functional technical activities across projects with SDM (SS&P) or IMS (IPTel) focus.

Required: 4+ years in telecommunications rollout and strong project management, plus fluent Spanish and Spain on-site work authorization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 4+ years in telecommunications network rollouts and infrastructure deployment.
• Proven background in technical project management and rollout management in telecom.
• Deep experience in SDM (SS&P) or IMS (IPTel) environments.
• Strong tracking, risk management, and milestone coordination capabilities.
• Knowledge of MoPs, testing, integration and acceptance procedures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
• On-site work authorization in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute domain delivery plans, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate technical activities and cross-functional teams across rollout phases.
• Track actions, dependencies, risks, and blockers with clear owners and dates.
• Maintain records of open actions, risks, issues, and mitigations.
• Align scope and priorities with client project team and vendor stakeholders.
• Monitor deliverables, quality gates, and engineering compliance.
• Coordinate MoPs, testing, system integration, and client acceptance.
• Escalate bottlenecks and resource gaps to senior management.
• Provide executive status updates and recovery plans.
