Nokia is seeking an experienced Service and Operation Lead to contribute to the operation of a large-scale telecom network including Fiber, DWDM, and IP/MPLS. You will act as the technical interface to the customer for coordination and transformation activities.

The role requires strong operational expertise, leadership, and a drive for continuous improvement in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Formación

• 8–15+ years of telecommunications network operations experience.
• Proven customer-facing experience with telecom operators or service providers.
• Fluent in Spanish & English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel and home-based in Spain/Madrid is acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical guidance to NOC engineers and operations staff.
• Act as primary customer escalation point for complex network issues.
• Lead technical reviews, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
