Manning Global is seeking an experienced RAN Engineer to support NOC activities for a leading telecom client in Spain. The role covers operation and troubleshooting of 2G/3G/4G LTE and 5G RAN, with hands‑on Nokia and Ericsson equipment experience in a carrier‑grade setting.

Remote work option in Madrid; strong incident management and network diagnostics required. Spanish fluency is mandatory; English desirable. 
This is a full‑time, senior role offering exposure to multinational networks.

Formación

• Over 10 years of experience in telecommunications network operations or NOC environments.
• Strong expertise in 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G Radio Access Network technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Nokia radio equipment and controllers including BSC and RNC platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Ericsson radio equipment and associated network management systems.
• Proven experience providing N1 Technical Support within mobile network operations.
• Strong background in incident management, fault diagnosis, and customer complaint handling.
• Experience executing BTP procedures and operational support activities.
• Ability to identify recurring network issues and implement long‑term corrective solutions.
• Experience leading or supporting NOC team management and quality analysis activities.
• Solid understanding of Telefónica mobile RAN support processes and operational environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide N1 operational support for 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G RAN networks.
• Monitor network performance and manage operational incidents within a Network Operations Center environment.
• Perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for radio network issues.
• Handle customer‑reported incidents and ensure timely resolution according to operational procedures.
• Execute BTPs and operational activities in accordance with network support guidelines.
• Analyze recurring network problems and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Support radio network performance management and service quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate incident escalations with internal teams and equipment vendors.
• Utilize network monitoring and performance analysis tools to identify service degradations.
• Maintain operational documentation, reports, and incident records.
• Support NOC team activities, quality assurance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure network stability, availability, and customer satisfaction.
