Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Senior TX Network Technical Lead to join a leading telecommunications client. You will head transport network operations, act as SME for engineering teams, and drive rapid resolution of critical incidents while ensuring service continuity.

You will oversee IP transport, WAN/MPLS technologies, and cross-vendor environments with Huawei, Cisco, and Juniper equipment. English proficiency and a proactive, autonomous mindset are essential.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent in Telecommunications/IT/networking fields.
• Minimum 5 years in TX operations and maintenance.
• Experience in NOC/Back Office environments and incident handling.
• Proven capability as a technical reference for engineering teams.
• Strong assessment of impact of network changes and configurations.
• Fluency in English (B2 or higher) for international projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operation and maintenance of Transport Networks within telecoms.
• Act as SME and technical reference for engineering teams.
• Coordinate resolution of critical incidents and high-impact issues.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Assess impact of changes prior to implementation.
• Lead in high-pressure operational situations to restore service.
• Monitor performance via monitoring tools and alarms.
• Operate and optimize IP Transport infrastructures (OSPF/BGP/MPLS).
• Provide leadership across multi-platform, multi-vendor environments.
