IN8INITY is seeking a Lead NOC Engineer / Senior Network Operations Engineer fluent in Russian and English to join our Network Operations team in Barcelona. You will work hands-on with production ISP networks, troubleshoot incidents, assist in planned changes, and collaborate with senior engineers and external vendors.

Responsibilities include rapid incident resolution (L2/L3), configuring BGP/VLAN/QinQ/L2VPN, change management, on-call participation, and documenting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Rapid identification, diagnosis, and resolution of L2/L3 network incidents.
• Configuration and maintenance of customer services: BGP, VLAN/QinQ, L2VPN.
• Interaction with external providers and upstream carriers.
• Collaboration with monitoring and technical support teams.
• Ticket escalation, tracking of service status and link availability.
• Change management, technical documentation, and participation in on-call rotation.
• Professional communication with internal teams, management, customers/providers in English and Russian.
• Participation in network stability, scalability, and modernization initiatives.
