Omexom Spain busca un/a Especialista en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales para unirse a su equipo remoto. La persona seleccionada apoyará proyectos nacionales, desarrollando políticas de seguridad, evaluando riesgos y asesorando a equipos en obra desde un entorno de teletrabajo.

Se requiere formación específica en PRL (máster) y al menos 5 años en construcción, con capacidad de coordinar formación y gestionar documentación de seguridad.

Qualifikationen

• Título universitario en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, Ingeniería o campo relacionado.
• Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (o equivalente en España).
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en construcción.
• Conocimiento de la legislación de seguridad y salud española.
• Experiencia en impartición de formación en seguridad.
• Habilidades analíticas, de resolución de problemas e elaboración de informes.
• Habilidades de comunicación e influencia a todos los niveles.
• Capacidad de trabajar de forma remota e independiente.

Aufgaben

• Desarrollar e implantar sistemas de gestión de salud y seguridad en obras a nivel nacional.
• Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos e inspecciones de sitio (remotas cuando sea posible).
• Investigar accidentes y near-misses, identificar causas y aplicar medidas correctivas.
• Proporcionar formación y asesoramiento a gestores y trabajadores.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa aplicable y mantener documentación.
• Colaborar con equipos de proyecto para incorporar la seguridad en fases de planificación.
• Mantenerse actualizado sobre normativa y tecnología en PRL.
• Promover una cultura de seguridad proactiva en la organización.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve health and safety management systems and policies for construction sites nationwide, with a focus on Vigo .
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and site inspections (remotely where possible, or coordinating on-site personnel) to identify potential hazards and recommend control measures.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide expert advice and training to site managers, supervisors, and workers on all aspects of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant national and regional health and safety legislation and standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate health and safety documentation, including reports, records, and emergency plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety considerations into the planning and execution phases of construction projects.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and changes in occupational health and safety legislation and technology.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization, encouraging proactive safety behaviors.

Requirements

• University degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (or equivalent official qualification in Spain).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish health and safety legislation and its application in construction.
• Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using safety management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
