Randstad España busca un Especialista en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) para unirse a su equipo remoto, con enfoque en Vigo, Galicia. Desarrollarás, implementarás y monitorizarás políticas de salud y seguridad, realizarás evaluaciones de riesgo y brindarás orientación experta a equipos y gerencia desde tu oficina en casa.

Se requiere grado universitario en PRL o afín, máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, al menos 5 años en construcción y capacidad de formación.

Qualifications

• University degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (Spain).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction safety.
• Knowledge of Spanish health and safety legislation in construction.
• Experience delivering safety training.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Remote work capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and improve health and safety management systems for nationwide construction sites, focusing on Vigo.
• Conduct risk assessments and site inspections (remote or on-site coordination).
• Investigate accidents and near misses to identify root causes and preventive actions.
• Provide training to site managers and workers on safety regulations and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with national and regional health and safety legislation.
• Prepare and maintain health and safety documentation and emergency plans.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant national and regional health and safety legislation and standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate health and safety documentation, including reports, records, and emergency plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety considerations into the planning and execution phases of construction projects.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and changes in occupational health and safety legislation and technology.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization, encouraging proactive safety behaviors.

Requirements

• University degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (or equivalent official qualification in Spain).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish health and safety legislation and its application in construction.
• Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using safety management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
