Nurel is seeking a dedicated Especialista en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) to join its fully remote team, supporting health and safety across construction sites nationwide with a focus on Vigo, Galicia. You will develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to maintain the highest safety standards from your home office.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Occupational Risk Prevention, at least five years in construction safety, and proven training experience.

• 5+ years of experience in a similar safety role within construction.
• Knowledge of Spanish health and safety legislation and its application to construction.
• Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
• Proficiency with safety management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a remote setting.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and continually improve health and safety management systems and policies for construction sites nationwide, focusing on Vigo.
• Conduct risk assessments and site inspections (remotely where possible, coordinating on-site personnel).

• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization, encouraging proactive safety behaviors.

Requirements

• University degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (or equivalent official qualification in Spain).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish health and safety legislation and its application in construction.
• Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using safety management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
