Avanta-Prevenci busca un Especialista en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales para un equipo remoto, con foco en Galicia. Diseñar, implementar y monitorizar políticas de salud y seguridad en proyectos de construcción, realizando evaluaciones de riesgos y asesorando a equipos.

Se requiere grado en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, Máster en PRL y al menos 5 años de experiencia. Ubicación flexible desde España; buena comunicación y capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma.

Qualifikationen

• Grado en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo o Ingeniería.
• Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (o equivalente oficial en España).
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en sector construcción.
• Conocimiento de la normativa española de PRL aplicable a obra.
• Capacidad de diseñar e impartir formación en PRL.

Aufgaben

• Desarrollar e implementar sistemas de gestión de PRL para obras a nivel nacional.
• Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos y inspecciones de seguridad, a distancia cuando sea posible.
• Investigar accidentes e incidentes y aplicar acciones correctivas.
• Asesorar a gerentes y equipos en cumplimiento de normativas y buenas prácticas.
• Gestionar documentación de seguridad y planes de emergencia.
• Colaborar con equipos de proyecto para integrar requisitos de seguridad en la planificación.
• Mantenerse actualizado sobre cambios en legislación de PRL.
• Fomentar una cultura de seguridad proactiva en toda la organización.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve health and safety management systems and policies for construction sites nationwide, with a focus on Vigo .
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and site inspections (remotely where possible, or coordinating on-site personnel) to identify potential hazards and recommend control measures.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide expert advice and training to site managers, supervisors, and workers on all aspects of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant national and regional health and safety legislation and standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate health and safety documentation, including reports, records, and emergency plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety considerations into the planning and execution phases of construction projects.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and changes in occupational health and safety legislation and technology.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization, encouraging proactive safety behaviors.

Requirements

• University degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (or equivalent official qualification in Spain).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish health and safety legislation and its application in construction.
• Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using safety management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
