Job summary

Enterprise Formación busca un Especialista en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales para un equipo remoto. Cuidará la seguridad de proyectos de construcción, desarrollando políticas, evaluaciones de riesgo y formación para equipos en todo el país.

Se valorará experiencia mínima de 5 años, dominio de la normativa española y capacidad para coordinar operaciones a distancia, manteniendo documentación y planes de emergencia actualizados. Remoto y con posibles visitas a obra en Galicia.

Qualifications

• Se requiere título universitario en Seguridad y Salud, Ingeniería u campo afín.
• Maestría en PRL o cualificación oficial equivalente en España.
• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en PRL en construcción.
• Conocimiento profundo de la normativa española de PRL aplicada a obra.

Responsibilities

• Desarrollar e implementar sistemas y políticas de PRL para obras a nivel nacional.
• Realizar evaluaciones de riesgo y inspecciones de sitio, coordinando personal en terreno.
• Investigar accidentes e incidentes, identificar causas y accionar medidas correctivas.
• Brindar asesoramiento y formación a gestores y trabajadores sobre normativa y buenas prácticas.
• Mantener documentación de PRL y planes de emergencia.

Our client, a prominent construction company with nationwide operations, is actively seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Especialista en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) to join their remote team. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are maintained across all our construction sites, with a particular focus on supporting projects in the Vigo, Galicia region, although the position itself is fully remote. You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and monitoring health and safety policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and providing expert guidance to site teams and management. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve health and safety management systems and policies for construction sites nationwide, with a focus on Vigo.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and site inspections (remotely where possible, or coordinating on-site personnel) to identify potential hazards and recommend control measures.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide expert advice and training to site managers, supervisors, and workers on all aspects of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant national and regional health and safety legislation and standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate health and safety documentation, including reports, records, and emergency plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety considerations into the planning and execution phases of construction projects.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and changes in occupational health and safety legislation and technology.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization, encouraging proactive safety behaviors.

Requirements

• University degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (or equivalent official qualification in Spain).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish health and safety legislation and its application in construction.
• Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using safety management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
