Ingroup busca un Especialista en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) para un rol remoto. El candidato desarrollará, implementará y monitorizará políticas de seguridad a lo largo de proyectos de construcción, con foco en Vigo y Galicia.

Se trabajará de forma remota desde casa, colaborando con equipos en sitio y dirección para asegurar altos estándares de salud ocupacional. Requisitos: titulación en Seguridad y Salud, más un Máster en PRL y 5 años de experiencia en construcción.

Formación

• Título universitario en Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional o ingeniería.
• Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales o equivalente en España.
• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en construcción.
• Conocimiento de la legislación española de seguridad en construcción.
• Experiencia en formación en seguridad.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y mejorar sistemas de gestión de seguridad en obras a nivel nacional, con foco en Vigo.
• Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos y coordinar inspecciones remotas o en obras.
• Investigar accidentes e incidentes, determinar causas y acciones correctivas.
• Ofrecer formación y asesoramiento a gerentes y trabajadores sobre normativas de seguridad.
• Garantizar cumplimiento de la legislación nacional y regional.
• Preparar y mantener documentación de seguridad y planes de emergencia.
• Colaborar con equipos de proyecto para integrar la seguridad en la planificación.
• Mantenerse actualizado sobre cambios en legislación de seguridad y tecnología.
• Fomentar una cultura de seguridad proactiva.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve health and safety management systems and policies for construction sites nationwide, with a focus on Vigo .
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and site inspections (remotely where possible, or coordinating on-site personnel) to identify potential hazards and recommend control measures.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide expert advice and training to site managers, supervisors, and workers on all aspects of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant national and regional health and safety legislation and standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate health and safety documentation, including reports, records, and emergency plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety considerations into the planning and execution phases of construction projects.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and changes in occupational health and safety legislation and technology.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization, encouraging proactive safety behaviors.

Requirements

• University degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (or equivalent official qualification in Spain).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish health and safety legislation and its application in construction.
• Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using safety management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
