Triangle Solutions busca un Especialista en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) para un equipo remoto con alcance nacional en España, focalizando proyectos en Vigo, Galicia. Diseñarás, implantarás y monitorizarás políticas y procedimientos de seguridad, asesorando a equipos y dirección para mejorar la seguridad.

El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia PRL en construcción, formación en seguridad y dominio de la normativa española.

Qualificações

• Título universitario en Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional, Ingeniería o campo relacionado.
• Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (o equivalente en España).
• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en construcción en roles similares.
• Conocimiento de la normativa española de PRL y su aplicación en obra.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar, implantar y monitorear sistemas y políticas de seguridad en sitios de construcción a nivel nacional, con foco en Vigo.
• Investigar accidentes, incidentes y cuasi accidentes, determinando causas y mejoras.
• Proporcionar asesoría y formación a gerentes, supervisores y trabajadores en seguridad y cumplimiento.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación de seguridad y mantener documentación.
• Colaborar con equipos de proyecto para integrar la seguridad en la planificación y ejecución.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve health and safety management systems and policies for construction sites nationwide, with a focus on Vigo .
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and site inspections (remotely where possible, or coordinating on-site personnel) to identify potential hazards and recommend control measures.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide expert advice and training to site managers, supervisors, and workers on all aspects of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant national and regional health and safety legislation and standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate health and safety documentation, including reports, records, and emergency plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety considerations into the planning and execution phases of construction projects.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and changes in occupational health and safety legislation and technology.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization, encouraging proactive safety behaviors.

Requirements

• University degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (or equivalent official qualification in Spain).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish health and safety legislation and its application in construction.
• Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using safety management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
