IE University is seeking a proactive Technology Junior Manager to support the Career Portal and related platforms within the Talent & Careers team. The role focuses on data management, quality control, and day-to-day user assistance for students, alumni, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, experience with large datasets, and strong English communication in a fast-paced academic environment. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience in operations, data management or tech roles.
• Experience with large datasets and Excel essential.

Responsabilidades

• Platform Support & User Assistance for Career Portal and related tools.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed.
• Data Management & Quality Control including cleaning, validation and consistency checks.
• Reporting & Analytics Support with dashboards (Power BI).
• Data extraction, transformation, and preparation for analysis.
• Assist in platform migrations, integrations, or feature rollouts.
