IE University, a través de su Talent and Careers - Operations Technology Team, busca un profesional proactivo para cubrir una baja maternal. El rol se centra en apoyar procesos de carreras, gestión de datos y soporte de usuarios, con un uso intensivo de Excel y manejo de grandes conjuntos de datos.

La posición implica trabajar con plataformas como Career Portal, CRM y herramientas de reporting, y colaborar con múltiples equipos para asegurar calidad de datos y mejoras en los procesos.

Formación

• Bachiller o equivalente en área afín y experiencia en operaciones, gestión de datos o roles tecnológicos.

Responsabilidades

• Soporte diario a estudiantes, alumni e equipos internos en la Career Portal (12Twenty) y herramientas relacionadas.
• Solucionar incidencias técnicas y escalar cuando sea necesario.
• Mantener y corregir contenido de la plataforma y asegurar la exactitud de los datos.
• Gestión de datos y control de calidad: limpieza, validación y consistencia entre sistemas.
• Gestión de cargas de datos, importaciones y exportaciones utilizando Excel.
• Asegurar alineación entre plataformas (Career Portal, CRM, herramientas de reporting).
• Apoyo en Reporting y analítica: generar informes y dashboards (Power BI).
• Soporte en extracción y transformación de datos para análisis.
• Monitorear KPIs y rendimiento.
• Apoyar proyectos de migración, integraciones o mejoras de características.
• Documentar procesos y proponer mejoras operativas.
• Colaborar con equipos como Employer Relations, Advising, Operations.
• Participar en pruebas de nuevas características y mejoras de usabilidad

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join the Talent & Careers team on a temporary basis, covering a maternity leave. This role will support the Operations and Technology function, ensuring the smooth execution of key processes related to career services platforms, data management, and user support. This is a highly data-driven role. The candidate will work extensively with Excel on a daily basis, managing and transforming data across systems. The ideal profile is comfortable handling large datasets, working with digital tools, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Platform Support & User Assistance
• Provide day-to-day support to students, alumni, and internal teams using the Career Portal (12Twenty) and related tools
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate when needed
• Assist in maintaining platform content and ensuring data accuracy
• Data Management & Quality Control
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and consistency checks across systems
• Manage data uploads, imports, and exports (primarily using Excel)
• Ensure alignment and synchronization between platforms (e.g., Career Portal, CRM, reporting tools)
• Reporting & Analytics Support
• Assist in generating reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
• Support data extraction, transformation, and preparation for analysis
• Help monitor key KPIs and performance indicators
• Project & Process Support
• Support ongoing projects such as platform migrations, integrations, or feature rollouts
• Document processes and contribute to improving operational workflows
• Collaborate with different teams (Employer Relations, Advising, Operations)
• Testing & Continuous Improvement
• Participate in testing new features or system updates
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience
• Provide feedback on system performance and usability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Previous experience in operations, data management, or technology-related roles

Skills

• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory): strong proficiency working with large datasets, formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables), and data cleaning/structuring. This is a core requirement for the role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
• Strong communication skills in English (C1 or above)

Tools (nice to have)

• Power BI or similar reporting tools
• SQL or basic database knowledge
• Azure or cloud-based environments
• CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
• Career platforms (e.g., 12Twenty, Symplicity)
