Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Technical Support Advisor (German-speaking) to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering fast and impactful technical solutions onsite.

You will support dealers and end users via phone and email, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers on products while collaborating with internal teams. Relocation support and paid training are provided, with a central Barcelona office offering a dynamic, international environment.

Formación

• 2+ years in Customer Service or Technical Support.
• Problem-solving mindset & customer-first attitude.
