Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Technical Support Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve complex product inquiries. You will support customers by phone and email, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to drive effective resolutions for a global brand.

Formación

• 3+ years in a customer service or technical support environment.
• Native or fluent in German, plus advanced English.
• Background in cycling, mechatronics, mechanical systems, or related technical field.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM, or ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to customers via phone and email, troubleshooting product issues and delivering timely, effective solutions.
• Guide customers through diagnostics, installations, maintenance, and product-related inquiries while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage escalations, replacement requests, and issue resolution from start to finish.
• Deliver product training sessions to customers and partners, helping them maximize product knowledge and performance.
• Monitor customer cases, prepare progress reports, and identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
• Build trusted relationships with customers by providing proactive support and maintaining high service quality standards.
