CBRE is seeking a Technical Supervisor to oversee a team delivering administrative, process improvement and financial support to senior technical leaders. This role sits within Engineering and Technical Services, overseeing support, preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.

The position requires strong supervision, strong MS Office skills and the ability to drive process improvements while aligning with CBRE RISE values.

Formación

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5–8 years of related experience.
Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to solve problems with standard and innovative solutions and broad business impact.

Responsabilidades

Act as liaison with technical leaders and managers to forecast workload demand and project deliverables.
Manage, plan, coordinate, and oversee workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the support team.
Coordinate and supervise the team's daily activities to ensure effective delivery of services.
Apply advanced knowledge to develop new methods for achieving objectives.
Coach others to develop knowledge across the function.
Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
