Job summary

Youtrust is seeking a Technical Success professional to own a low-touch customer portfolio and serve as the primary technical contact. You will collaborate with Account Managers, Support, Presales, Sales and Product to ensure customers successfully adopt Youtrust and derive real value, driving retention and growth.

The role requires deep API familiarity, data-driven decision making, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to read API documentation and guide a customer’s developer through an integration.
• Proficient with data and CRM/CS tools to prioritize work.
• Experience running campaigns or actions reaching many customers.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work.
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly in writing and by phone.
• Organised, proactive and collaborative with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the low-touch portfolio: drive adoption, value and retention.
• Act as the main technical contact for customers and tailor solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Manager to drive growth and satisfaction.
• Use product usage data to identify at-risk or growth opportunities.
• Share feedback with Product and Support to improve the product.
