Brenntag seeks a Technical Sales Manager for Beauty & Personal Care in Iberia to drive growth, build strong customer partnerships, and deliver technical support across Spain and Portugal.

Formación

• Degree in Chemical Science (Bachelor or Master).
• Very good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in R&D within a chemical, beauty & care company (3–5 years).

Responsabilidades

• Gather market trends, competitors and customer needs, and deliver recommendations.
• Create opportunities with customers needing highly technical support and follow sample/approval process.
• Identify opportunities by industry and qualify based on fit to strategy, volume and profitability.
