MSF is seeking a Tembo Technical Project Coordinator to manage multiple technical projects, coordinating stakeholders and translating needs into practical technical solutions. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to support Tembo’s objectives with planning, communication, and a human-centered approach.

The role emphasizes technical coordination, data protection, and quality assurance across deployments, including work in low-connectivity environments and interoperability

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in project management and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and connectivity.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud environments.
• Experience with LMS and system integration is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project planning, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Define scope, objectives, and success criteria for projects.
• Track progress, identify risks, and propose mitigations.
• Prepare progress reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Supervise team members and ensure timely outputs with quality standards.
• Act as liaison between Tembo, internal teams, and external partners.
• Support handover documentation and training for live operations.
