Redleo Software Inc. seeks a Deployment Project Coordinator for the Hotel IT department to coordinate end-to-end hotel technology deployments for Hotel Collection properties across the EAME region, with responsibilities spanning from kickoff to hypercare in Palma, Spain.

You will lead kickoff meetings, align timelines and roles, maintain comprehensive project plans, and coordinate configuration, onboarding, testing, training, cutover and go-live while collaborating with hotel leadership,

Formación

• 3+ years in project coordination or project management, ideally in hotel tech deployments.
• Opera Cloud PMS experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Experience working with hotel operations, leadership, vendors, and corporate teams.
• Strong planning, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar PM tools.
• Comfortable working across time zones; willingness to travel for deployments.
• Hotel operations experience is a must

Deployment Project Coordinator (EAME) Coordinate end‐to‐end hotel technology deployments for Hotel Collection properties across the EAME region. This role manages day‐to‐day project execution, aligns activities to program standards, and partners with hotel teams, corporate stakeholders, vendors, and regional deployment groups to ensure smooth implementation from kickoff through hypercare.
