Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead technology initiatives spanning product integration and an AWS-to-GCP cloud migration.

You will translate high-level goals into workstreams, dependencies, and milestones while working directly with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and blockers. The role requires strong cloud knowledge, experience coordinating across distributed teams, and a proven ability to manage risks and report progress to executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or equivalent
• Experience leading complex technology programs with multiple engineering teams
• Strong understanding of software systems, architecture, APIs/integrations, databases and delivery processes
• Practical experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS and GCP, and knowledge of AWS-to-GCP mappings
• Experience in cloud migration programs and hands-on migration experience is highly desirable
• Ability to translate high-level goals into detailed workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and execution plans
• Experience coordinating testing, validation, data reconciliation, release/cutover activities and production readiness
• Excellent ownership, risk management, escalation, and executive reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs across engineering teams.
• Drive execution of product integration, workflows, dependencies, testing, milestones and delivery activities.
• Plan and coordinate AWS-to-GCP cloud migration, including validation, parallel runs, testing and production cutover readiness.
• Convert high-level initiatives into detailed workstreams, milestones and execution plans.
• Collaborate with engineers and technical leads to understand architecture, APIs, cloud services, databases and dependencies; unblock issues.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and manage dependencies.
• Establish structures for roadmap and backlog tracking, risk management, issue escalation, and follow-up.
• Ensure milestones and delivery commitments are met; transparently raise risks and blockers to senior stakeholders.
• Prepare and present weekly program/status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Refine roadmap and backlog as integration and migration progress.
