AgileEngine is seeking a senior Technical Program Manager to lead technology initiatives including product integration and an AWS-to-GCP cloud migration. You will translate high-level goals into workstreams, coordinate with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and blockers, and ensure on-time delivery.

With 10+ years in technical programs and strong cloud expertise, you will drive planning, dependencies, testing, data reconciliation, and production cutover readiness while reporting progress

Formación

• 10+ years of experience with strong technical program management, delivery, or equivalent leadership.
• Proven track record leading complex tech programs with multiple engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of software systems, architecture, APIs, databases, and delivery processes.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, AWS and GCP, and how their services map.
• Experience in cloud migration programs; AWS-to-GCP migration is a plus.
• Ability to break strategic programs into technical workstreams and milestones.
• Experience coordinating testing, validation, and production readiness in complex programs.
• Strong ownership, risk management, escalation, and executive reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end technical program across engineering teams.
• Drive product integration workstreams, dependencies, testing, milestones, and delivery.
• Oversee AWS-to-GCP cloud migration planning, validation, parallel runs, and cutover readiness.
• Translate initiatives into detailed workstreams, milestones, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to understand architecture, APIs, data, and cloud services.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and manage dependencies.
• Establish roadmap/backlog tracking, risk management, and issue escalation.
• Provide regular progress, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Refine roadmap/backlog as integration progresses with stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across distributed teams in India and New York.
• Maintain knowledge of AWS and GCP mappings and transitions.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve execution and problem solving.
